ZERONATE X ANH SUNG-JAE
Will ZERONATE survive?

A chef who has long proven what “completion” truly means, Chef Anh Sung-jae chose ZERONATE for an even smile.
Q1. Please introduce yourself.
Hello, I’m Chef Anh Sung-jae of Mosu.
Q2. Your teeth look more “even” now. How do you feel?
Every time I look in the mirror, the word “even” naturally comes to mind.

Q3. Do you feel Dr. Seo Jae-won’s intentions came through clearly?
Now that everything’s complete, I can tell that he had a very clear intention from the beginning.

Q4. If you had to rate ZERONATE: Survive, Hold, or Eliminate?
Who am I to judge ZERONATE? I judge food, not dentistry. But when I look at myself in the mirror, I give myself a pass. Survive.
Q5. What led you to choose ZERONATE, and what was your experience like?
I used to grind my teeth a lot growing up—it was a habit. Over time, that really wore my teeth down. Strong teeth are essential. ZERONATE not only improved their appearance, but more importantly, it made chewing feel comfortable again. At first, I was worried it might feel too artificial or synthetic. But once I went through the procedure, it felt incredibly natural—and I’m genuinely happy with it.

Q6. As a chef with a discerning eye, how would you evaluate the space, service, and sincerity of care?
I’ve been to many Michelin three-star restaurants—dental clinics, not so much. But this place goes beyond being just a clinic. It’s about the experience. Michelin three-stars aren’t just about great food; they create a memory that stays with you—through all five senses and something more. They make you want to return. This place gives me that same feeling. Honestly, I feel like I could come here just to enjoy a cup of coffee.
Q7. The director once parodied you. Mind if we show you the video?
“The Michelin three-star of aesthetic dentistry, I’m Dr. Anh Seong Jae-won from Oral Design Clinic. What I value most is the degree of ceramic ‘doneness. With ZERONATE, I will make your teeth perfectly even.”
“I’ll place this on hold.”
He put in way more effort than I expected. (Laughs) This company is going to make it.
