These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules and regulations regarding the use of the website (hereinafter referred to as the 'Site') operated by TU Dental Clinic (hereinafter referred to as the 'Clinic').Article 1. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the terms and procedures for using the services provided by the Clinic through the Site, as well as to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Clinic, Members, and Users.Article 2. Definitions

② "User" refers to any individual who accesses the Site and utilizes its services.
③ "Member" refers to an individual who has provided personal information to the Site and completed the membership registration process.
④ "Online Consultation" refers to applications for consultation or appointments made through the Site.Article 3. Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms
These Terms and Conditions shall take effect upon posting on the Site. The Clinic may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by relevant laws and regulations. Any amendments shall be announced on the Site at least 7 days before their effective date.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may withdraw your membership or submit a written objection (including email) prior to the effective date. Online consultations and appointment requests do not constitute a formal medical treatment contract. The final decision regarding medical treatment or procedures is subject to the professional judgment of the medical staff after an in-person visit. The contents of online consultations are provided for informational purposes only and do not have any legal binding force.Article 9. Limitations of Medical Information Provided
Information provided on the Site is for general medical information purposes only. Treatment results may vary from person to person. The content posted on the Site is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical acts, diagnosis, or treatment.Article 10. Use of Before-and-After Photos and Content
① The copyright for all creative works within the Site's content is vested in the Clinic.
② Even for content not recognized as copyrighted works, the Clinic may be protected under relevant laws and regulations, such as the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act.
③ Before-and-after photos are posted only after obtaining specific written consent from the patient regarding the medium, duration, and purpose of the posting. Unauthorized copying, storage, or redistribution of such photos is strictly prohibited.Article 11. Marketing and Advertising
The Clinic may provide related marketing information to Members who have consented to receive marketing communications. Events and promotions may be subject to change or termination without prior notice, depending on the Clinic's circumstances. All advertising content produced and managed by the Clinic strictly complies with the Medical Service Act of the Republic of Korea.Article 12. Personal Information Protection
Matters concerning the processing of personal information shall be governed by the separate 'Privacy Policy' of the Clinic. Upon withdrawal of membership, personal information shall be destroyed immediately, except in cases where retention is required by relevant laws and regulations.Article 13. External Platforms and Links
The Site may be linked to social media services and other external platforms. The Clinic shall not be held liable for any issues or damages arising from the use of such external services.Article 14. Limitation of Service Use

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the Korean version and any translated versions, the Korean version shall prevail.Article 17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court having jurisdiction over the location of the Clinic.Article 18. Effective Date

① All visual materials, including before-and-after photos, clinical case images, and videos posted on the Site, are the exclusive assets of the Clinic. These are protected under relevant laws and regulations, such as the Copyright Act and the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act.
② Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
1. Screen capturing, taking screenshots, or downloading
2. Automated data collection, such as crawling or scraping
3. Utilization as AI training data
4. Posting on third-party communities or social media
5. Commercial use or secondary processing
6. Reposting with the Clinic's name deleted or modified
Article 20. Technical Protection Measures and Monitoring
The Clinic may apply technical protection measures to prevent the unauthorized collection of images and visual content. These measures include, but are not limited to:

① If a Member's portrait rights or the Clinic's rights are infringed upon due to unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or processing, the infringer may be held liable under both civil and criminal laws.
② The Clinic reserves the right to take the following measures against the infringer:
1. Request for deletion of the infringing post
2. Claim for damages
3. Criminal complaint or charges
4. Reporting to platforms for enforcement
③ The scope of damages includes actual damages under the Copyright Act, statutory damages (up to KRW 10 million per work, or up to KRW 50 million for intentional infringement for profit), and damages for unlawful acts under the Civil Act.Article 22. Prohibition of AI Training and Data Collection
The Clinic's content shall not be collected or utilized for the purposes of training artificial intelligence models, constructing datasets, or automated data analysis. Any mass collection through automated programs is considered a clear violation of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a violation, the infringer may be held liable for civil and criminal charges under the Copyright Act, the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.Article 23. Response to Overseas Distribution
① In cases where content is unauthorizedly posted on overseas platforms or foreign communities, copyright protection may be sought in those countries in accordance with international copyright treaties to which the Republic of Korea is a party (such as the Berne Convention).
② The Clinic may take necessary measures, such as deletion requests, in accordance with international copyright protection procedures (including procedures under the laws of the respective country and platform policies, such as the DMCA).
③ These Terms and Conditions apply to Users who have agreed to them. Direct legal effect regarding the overseas platforms themselves shall be governed by the respective platform's policies and local laws.Addendum
These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on February 23, 2026, and shall remain in effect until a revised version is officially issued.
